Billing and Cancellation Policy

The following billing and cancellation policies are incorporated into the Auction Raptor Terms of Service by reference.

  1. Trial Period. If you are participating in a trial period, your subscription will expire at the end of your trial period. If you elect to become a subscriber, your account will be subject to the billing and cancellation policies herein.
  2. Payment Schedule.
    1. Month-to-Month: If you are a month-to-month customer, your account will be billed and payment will be due monthly on the anniversary of the day that you initially signed-up. For example, if you sign-up on March 5th, then your account will renew monthly on the 5th. Your account will auto-renew every month until canceled by you in accordance with Auction Raptor's cancellation policy set forth herein.
    2. Yearly:
      1. PayPal Customers. If you are a yearly customer who makes payment via PayPal, your account will be billed and payment will be due yearly on the anniversary of the day that you initially signed-up. For example, if you sign-up on March 5th, 2007, then your account will renew on March 5th, 2008. Your account will auto-renew every year until canceled by you in accordance with Auction Raptor's cancellation policy set forth herein.
      2. Other Customers. Your account will terminate on your anniversary date. You will need to follow the online instructions to renew your account and remit payment due for the renewal term period.
    3. Advance Payments. Payments are due in advance of each term period. For example, (1) if you are monthly customer whose term period begins on March 5th, you will be invoiced and payment will be due on March 5th for the term period of March 5th through April 4th; or (2) if you are a yearly customer whose term period begins on March 5th, 2007, you will be invoiced and payment will be due on March 5th, 2007 for the term period of March 5th, 2007 through April 4th, 2008.
  3. Cancellation.
    1. Month-to-Month. Cancellations will be effective on the last day of the period in which the cancellation was received. For example purposes, if your billing date is April 5th, and you cancel on April 6th, your cancellation will be effective on May 4th.
    2. Yearly. Cancellations will be effective on the last day of the period in which the cancellation was received. For example purposes, if your billing date is April 5th, 2007 and you cancel on April 6th, 2007, your cancellation will be effective on May 4th, 2008.
    3. Method. Cancellations must be made online by logging in to your Auction Raptor account and clicking on the cancellation link in the "Account Setup" area.
    4. Automatic Cancellation. If you do not make payment when due, your account will be cancelled by Auction Raptor and no bids on items ending after the termination date will be placed.
  4. No Refunds. 100% of all fees are non-refundable.
